We are honored to continue the celebrated tradition of the Annual Summer of Thunder Car Show on Saturday, August 1, at the Garfield County Fair and Rodeo. Come check out these fantastic restored and well-preserved vehicles up close at the Garfield County Fairgrounds, 1001 Railroad Avenue, Rifle. Both the show and judging take place at the fairgrounds

The Summer of Thunder Car Show is free to viewers, and the owners will be on hand to talk about their prized possessions. A swap/shop car parts flea market is also revved up for this year’s event. Bring your spare parts and sell, trade, or donate them to someone that is working on a classic. All parts must be removed at the end of the show. Several vendor specialty booths are included with entry into the show or a $25 table/booth space, prior to July 24, 2026.

Entry costs on the day of the show are $30.
