Pull on your boots and dust off your cowboy hat for the 81st Annual Garfield County Fair & Rodeo on Monday night. This fun filled event brings in all the local cowboys and cowgirls! This popular local rodeo continues a second night on Tuesday with the Kidz Rodeo. Anyone can compete in the events on Monday night. The fun will continue on Tuesday night with more kids’ activities guaranteed to entertain and get dirty. These are free events for the whole community to watch!

Registration for all participants 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm; line-up starts at 6:00 pm

7/28 Tuesday Night Kidz Rodeo
Registration for all participants 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm; line up starts at 6:30 pm
All Mutton Bustin’ participants must weigh 50 lbs., or less. Only the first 50 entrants may register. Limit per rider “Roll One”. One parent/guardian per child at chute.
Round 1 Mutton Bustin’ – First 25 kids
Boot Scramble – Ages 4 through 7 years and ages 8 through 12 years
Stick Horse Races – 3 through 5 years
Round 2 Mutton Bustin’ – Second 25 kids
Calf Scramble – Ages 4 through 7 years and ages 8 through 12 years
Mutton Bustin’ Finale – Top 5 girls and top 5 boys
Goat Tying – Ages 4 through 8
