Come on out to the Garfield County Fairgrounds on Friday, July 19, for the Latino Heritage Concert, featuring Pancho Barraza, Serapio Ramirez, Alex Ramirez, Conjunto Revelacion, and Distinguidos de Sinaloa. This all ages show begins at 4 p.m. and children age 12 and under enter for free.
