Apply to be a vendor at the Garfield County Fair

Vendors approved by Garfield County Public Health can submit their vendor applications for the fair to the Fair Coordinator.

Be a part of the Garfield County Fair & Rodeo as a food or merchant vendor. Interact with thousands of customers each day in a fun, community, and family oriented environment. Meet new customers while connecting with existing ones. Let everyone know about your products or services face-to-face! The fair hosts all kinds of vendors including: food, merchants, non-profits, crafts, and sponsor booths. The fair has a little something for everyone.

Regulations

New for Garfield County: Food Concessionaires must comply with the regulations of the Garfield County Public Health Department.
Applications need to be submitted to the Public Health Department and must be approved to serve food at the fair. The applications are on this page for your convenience. The Fair Coordinator will not be able to answer questions regarding this process.

2019 Public Health Temporary Vendor Applications need to be submitted to the Public Health Department as noted on the application.
